Work / Client work

Customer-acquisition systems I built for clients through Presencia Studio.

Two businesses in Guanacaste, Costa Rica: a page that sells, a path to a conversation, and the tooling behind it.

Guanacaste Earthmoving

Heavy equipment with operator and earthmoving contract work across Guanacaste.

  • Guanacaste Earthmoving: Home, Spanish

Brand site, acquisition page and WhatsApp quoting flow, designed and built through Presencia Studio.

Context

Lot owners, contractors and developers in Guanacaste who need a machine or a job quoted, most of them on a phone, arriving from Facebook or from finding the page online.

What I built

  • A bilingual landing page in the company's voice: services, the fleet with manufacturer spec sheets, coverage, and real job-site photography.
  • A two-tap chooser (what you need, where it is) that writes the first WhatsApp message for the visitor; no form, no account.
  • Every section ends in a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with Guanacaste Earthmoving's own number directly, with the context already written; no bot in between.
  • Page, scroll and chooser events reported to presenciaCM, so demand by service and zone is read from behaviour, not guessed.

How a customer arrives

  1. Facebook or the web
  2. Landing page
  3. Two taps
  4. WhatsApp with GE directly
  5. GE quotes the job

Where it stands

Live in Spanish and English as of 17 October 2026. Quotes happen in the company's own WhatsApp; no customer figures are published here.

Commission landing, inquiry intake and social channel, designed and built through Presencia Studio. The paintings are his.

Context

An artist with a recognisable style and a gallery in Tamarindo, whose serious buyers write first and expect a formal reply.

What I built

  • A bilingual commission landing built around his real paintings, each with its own inquiry link, in his register rather than a gallery template.
  • Two ways in: a WhatsApp conversation, where wabot classifies the lead and Presencia qualifies it, and a formal inquiry form.
  • The form lands in presenciaCM as an email thread; Presencia reads it, replies by email and handles the sale, bringing JR into the creative discussion as agreed.
  • A public Facebook page with posts that link back to the site, and ads pointed at the page.

How a customer arrives

  1. Facebook post or ad
  2. Commission page
  3. WhatsApp or formal inquiry
  4. Presencia qualifies
  5. Presencia handles the sale

Where it stands

Page, posts, inquiry inbox and ads live as of 17 October 2026. The campaign is new; no sale is attributed to it yet, and none is claimed here.

The system behind both

Both cases run on presenciaCM, an internal operating system I built for Presencia Studio: it holds each brand's context and voice, drafts and schedules content that a person approves before it is published, manages the Facebook posts and ad campaigns, receives landing-page analytics events, and turns web inquiries into email threads.

For JR, WhatsApp leads are classified by wabot, a separate connected service; Guanacaste Earthmoving's WhatsApp goes straight to the company. Qualification and sales stay with a person at Presencia. presenciaCM is an internal tool, not a product you can sign up for.

Same hands, different jobs.

Presencia Studio and Listo are products I founded; they are on the home page. Startup architecture work is under Startup Work. This page is the client side of Presencia Studio.
